Kids Crèche Joondalup

You will be required to complete a profile for your child that is linked to your account on the VenuesWest client portal. By entering the creche you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above. . For your convenience we have included a selection of these below. 

Bookings

All bookings are easily made via our online client portal, ensure that you book in advance to secure your desired time slot. Single creche passes can be purchased online. However, the 10 visit passes are allocated per child and must be purchased through reception.

Walk-ins

Please be advised that while we strive to accommodate all clients, walk-in bookings are subject to availability, we recommend booking early to secure your spot.

Cancellation

If you can no longer attend your session, visits may be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the start of your booking. If you have any issues, please contact the creche for assistance (08) 9300 7116

Opening Hours

Monday – Friday 8:15 am – 1:00 pm

Saturday 8:15 – 12:00

Signing in and signing out

Upon entering the creche please sign in your children using the daily register. Children must also be signed-out when leaving the crèche. You will not be allowed to leave your child without booking them in first and signing the registration sheet.

Parent/guardian

A parent or guardian must remain on the premises for the duration of your child’s visit to the crèche.

Infectious conditions

If your child has an infectious condition, please respect other families by not bringing them into the crèche. This includes minor illnesses such as runny noses, chesty coughs and head lice.

Labelling

Please label all of your child’s belongings, for example clothing, bag, dummy, bottles, toys etc.

Child collection

Please advise a staff member if someone else will be picking up your child. This will also need to be written in the daily register.

Change of clothing/bottle etc.

Please supply all necessary provisions for your child, for example nappies, baby wipes, change of clothes for emergencies or prepared bottles for babies.

Food

You may wish to supply a piece of fruit or vegetable snack while your child is in our care. The crèche has a fruit/vegetable only policy. Please ensure only fruit/vegetable is packed due to allergies. However, babies are permitted to have puffs/rusks/crackers.

Prams

All children under two years old are required to have a pram with them whilst in the creche, for evacuation purposes.

Don't skip your workout!

School holiday childminding for children aged 6 – 12 years, so you can stay in routine over the school holidays. While you work out we’ll keep your children entertained with drawing, board games and other activities. Payment is made via the portal or using the in-venue kiosks.

Please note

Operating during school holidays Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Parents must remain on premises and must fill in the attendance register on arrival and departure. Both child and parent profiles must be completed through the VenuesWest client portal online prior to attendance.
