    BODYCOMBAT™

    Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ is an energetic program inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

    Burn up to 740 calories a session, develop coordination and speed, and reduce stress with BODYCOMBAT™ - the world’s most popular martial arts group fitness class. Led by powerful instructors and energising music, it’s a workout like no other.

    BODYSTEP™

    Les Mills BODYSTEP™ is an energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive.

    This workout involves an adjustable step, designed to suit all fitness levels. With uplifting music and motivating instructors, you’ll enjoy simple movements on, over and around the step.  

    The high energy cardio blocks will rev up your fat-burning potential, followed by muscle conditioning tracks to sculpt and tone your body.  

    Burn up to 540 calories in a session, with both 60 minute and 30 minute EXPERESS options available to suit your schedule.

    Cardiobox

    Increase your cardio fitness and sharpen your reflexes with this high intensity Cardiobox workout.  

     

    Cardiobox is a calorie burning workout that combines focus mitts, kick shields, skipping, core exercises and body resistance training designed to take your fitness to the next level. Improve your cardiovascular system, enhance your reflexes and enjoy a dynamic, full body workout designed to push your limits.  

    Please bring your own gloves for hygiene and safety reasons, hand wraps or cotton gloves recommended. Available in both 60 minute and 30 minute EXPRESS formats.

    Fit ‘N’ Firm

    Fit'N'Firm is a high energy freestyle cardio class that builds strength and stamina.

    Fit'N'Firm is a fully customisable freestyle cardio fitness class designed to cater to all fitness levels. It incorporates upper and lower body conditioning exercises, that can be tailored to your current fitness level. Whether you’re looking to improve endurance, build strength or boost overall fitness, this class offers the flexibility and intensity you need to reach your goals.

    Get Active classes develop your strength, muscle tone and balance while increasing your fitness levels with light resistance and cardio.

    Although aimed at seniors, classes will be beneficial if you're recovering from injury or just starting your fitness journey with its low impact, supportive group class environment.

    MaxNRG

    MaxNRG is an intermediate to advanced fat burning workout that combines cardio and strength training exercises to maximise your calorie burn and push your fitness to the next level.  

    MaxNRG is a circuit style class designed to build strength, endurance and stamina. Classes may be held outdoors (weather permitting), offering the added benefits of fresh air and a change of scenery. Please bring a hat, sunglasses and apply sunscreen.

    METAFIT™

    30-minute EXPRESS format for high intensity interval training. 

    Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, METAFIT HIIT is a high intensity workout that combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval training techniques to set the metabolism on fire! This full body workout challenges every muscle group, helping you burn up to 800kcal per session. As you push through each interval, your metabolism stays elevated, allowing you to continue burning calories long after your workout is over.

    Outdoor X

    OUTDOOR X is an outdoor training program designed to improve strength and cardio through a mix of traditional and functional training methods.

    Classes are held in the outdoor training zone (weather permitting) and may be cancelled without notice, please bring a hat, sunglasses and apply sunscreen.

    Club Fiesta delivers fast paced fun with catchy, bold music that’s impossible not to dance to! It’s the perfect workout to get your energy up while having fun.
