A Teen Gym Membership gives 12 – 15 year old’s an opportunity to gain a head start on establishing an active routine supported by a healthy relationship around fitness and wellbeing through controlled use of exercise equipment. Creating these positive relationships through our various teen focused services can lead to significant benefits later in life, so let us help build them.

Our qualified and friendly staff will help guide you through your journey, discovering the way to work out that is best suited for your age and body, to make sure you maximise positive gains and minimise risk of injury. Joining the Teen Gym program will put you around people your own age and foster an environment of support and collaboration.

  • Teen Fit Active

    Age: 12 - 13 years.

    Must attend the gym or group fitness classes with a participating member, either parent or guardian at all times, excluding the TeenFit classes (Mon & Wed 4:15pm).

    Teen Fit Active members are limited to using cardio equipment and bodyweight exercises only (no weighted resistance exercises or machines).

  • Teen Fit Plus+

    Age: 14-15 years

    Members receive:
    Customers receive a complementary initial 60min induction and program (conducted with teen and parent or guardian) and ongoing program advice. 

    Trainer Supervised Hours
    School Days: Monday to Friday, 3.00pm - 5.30pm
    The gym floor will be supervised specifically for Teen Fit Plus+ Members during this time

Teen Gym Memberships: Frequently Asked Questions

  • Supervision Guidelines for Teen Members

    • Teen Fit Plus+ Members
      You can train in the facility without a parent or guardian present. However, a staff member must be on-site to supervise if you are entering alone.
    • Teen Fit Active Members
      A parent or guardian must be present for all sessions except Teen Fit classes. These classes are designed for independent participation under staff supervision.

  • Your safety is our priority. To help prevent injuries and ensure proper use of equipment, we manage access to certain machines and weights. Unsupervised or incorrect use can lead to short- and long-term health issues. That's why our qualified staff are always available to guide you, offering support tailored to your goals while keeping your wellbeing front and centre. 
  • At a minimum, bring a towel and water bottle to stay refreshed and maintain hygiene. 

    For most sessions, wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear and bring anything else that helps you feel at ease while exercise - like a personal mat or resistance bands.
