Whether you’re using dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, or your own body weight, our sessions target all major muscle groups. You can focus on core, upper body, or lower body exercises depending on your goals.

    BODYPUMP

    Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.

    Join us for a fun and energising 60 minute workout! Sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body using low weight loads and high repetition movements. These classes are designed to help you burn fat, build strength and develop lean muscle, all while keeping you motivated and engaged.  

    Led by our qualified instructors, you can burn up to 560 calories in a Les Mills BODYPUMP class as all your major muscle groups are challenged as you squat, press, lift and curl. It’s a great way to get stronger and feel great, all in a supportive and welcoming environment.

    50:50 Weights: Step

    The 50:50 Weights: Step class combines two great fitness elements to help tone, strengthen your muscle and boost your overall fitness.  

    This class blends 50% weight training with 50% cardio, using a step, to give you 100% focus on sculpting your muscles and improving your fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

    Freestyle weights express

    Freestyle Weights is here to help you maximise muscle strength, conditioning and tone in just 30 minutes! 

    This high energy, weight based class is intended to burn fat, build strength and leave you feeling stronger and more toned – plus, it’s fast paced and packed with results. You’ll be hooked after just one session.

    Pure Abs Express

    The ultimate core workout for amazing tone and strength.  

    Pure Abs Express is a 30 minute session that targets your core muscles to shape, tone and strengthen your abdominals. Use resistance bands, free weights and bodyweight exercises to improve posture and core stability.

    Outdoor X

    OUTDOOR X is an outdoor training program designed to improve strength and cardio through a mix of traditional and functional training methods.

    Classes are held in the outdoor training zone (weather permitting), offering the added benefits of fresh air and a change of scenery. Classes may be cancelled without notice. Please bring a hat, sunglasses and apply sunscreen.
