NEW - Group Training Sessions for Fit Club Plus members

Commencing Tuesday 5 November

Fit Club Plus members, as part of your gym membership, you are invited to join group training sessions led by a Fitness Trainer.

Each week's workout will be different but will include a selection of the following:

  • Metafit style class using body weight exercises only.
  • Mixed workout using body weight and light equipment such as battle ropes, plyo boxes, skipping ropes, suspension rigs and rip sticks.
  • Boxing
  • Cycle

Sessions will be broken down into a 5 minute warm up, 30 minutes of training and 5-10 minutes to cool down and stretch. Participants need to sign on for the session, with prizes awarded to the top 3 participants for the month of November.

We look forward to seeing Fit Club Plus members on Tuesday 5 November, for the first Fit Club Plus group training session.
