*Updated as of 23 December
We’re excited to welcome the Wildlands Festival back to Arena Joondalup for its second year!
The venue will be closed from 1 January (normal public holiday closure) through to 3 January. To compensate for the additional days of closure, memberships have been automatically frozen for the 2 and 3 of January. This ensures you don't lose any value while the facility is unavailable.
Only ticket holders will be permitted entry during the festival, and regular amenities including the pool and gym will not be accessible.
--
Event bump‑in for Wildlands Festival has commenced and will continue throughout late December and early January. During this period, visitors may notice increased activity across the precinct as staging, fencing and event infrastructure are installed.
Parking Changes
- Sections of the Arena Joondalup car park will be progressively closed from 17 December to allow for event build.
- Larger sections of the car park will be unavailable in the final days leading up to the festival.
- Please allow additional time to find parking when visiting the venue during this period.
- ACROD bays will remain available at all times throughout bump‑in, the festival, and pack‑down.
Venue Access
- The venue will operate as normal until 6:00pm on 31 December.
- Arena Joondalup will be fully closed from 1–3 January for event operations and public holiday closures.
- The venue will reopen from 8:00am on 4 January, with all facilities returning to standard operating hours.
Bump‑Out
Festival pack‑down will take place from 4 January, with minimal impact expected for visitors. Some car park areas may remain unavailable for a short period as infrastructure is removed. ACROD bays will continue to be accessible during this time.
