Would you like to join in our regular cycle classes in the new Cycle Studio but feel a little intimidated?

During December we will be running a beginner cycle class series to boost your confidence and have you fully prepared to join the bunch.

What you will learn:

  • How to set up your bike correctly
  • Riding positions
  • How to read the consul on your bike and the projected data on the wall
  • Downloading the MyWellness app and getting set up
  • Experience a few riding tracks at a lower intensity to the mainstream classes

Once you feel confident with the set up, how the software works and how to pace your workout based on your fitness level you will feel ready to join our regular classes, working at your own level and gradually building up your fitness level.
