Background
With a lifelong background in diverse sports including cheerleading, dance, volleyball, and contortion I’ve developed a deep sense of discipline, consistency and community. For more than 11 years, I competed at a national level, an experience that shaped my work ethic and taught me the value of commitment, teamwork, and resilience. As I grew older, that same passion naturally evolved into a love for strength training and the gym, where I discovered a new avenue to challenge myself and support others.
Fitness has been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in an active family, I was surrounded by people who valued health, movement, and strength, which helped shape my own passion for the industry. What truly inspires me now is being able to guide others through their own fitness journeys helping them achieve goals they once thought were out of reach and watching their confidence grow along the way. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone proud of their progress and knowing I played a part in that transformation.
Throughout my journey to becoming a Personal Trainer, I’ve gained valuable knowledge not only through formal training and hands on experience, but also through caring for members of my own family. This has allowed me to develop practical understanding in supporting individuals dealing with a range of conditions such as arthritis, menopause, cancer recovery, older age, mental health and hypermobility. These experiences have strengthened my ability to tailor trainings to my client’s needs.
My goal as a trainer is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where people feel safe, motivated, and capable of becoming the strongest version of themselves physically and mentally.
