As of Wednesday 24 February, you will need to book into group fitness and creche.
This can be done on the customer portal at home via your phone, tablet and computer or at a kiosk in the venue up to 48 hours in advance.
Step by step guides are available here.
Our friendly staff will also be available at the venue to assist, show you how to book into classes and answer any questions you may have.
Some passes (concession, HBF discount and children's) will still need to be purchased in venue at the reception desk. You will then be able to book online.
