In order to provide a more streamlined service to all of our customers, we will be consolidating all direct debits for any services you take part in at HBF Arena. There will now be one debit processed weekly on a Thursday.

While competitions can be competitive, social sport is all about the fun, hanging out with friends or meeting new ones, sharing a laugh and keeping fit at the same time.

Payments will be made in advance of services, as is currently the case with H&F memberships, however swim school will move from paying on the day of your child's lesson to paying on a Thursday for the upcoming lessons.

We will manage this process for you, however you may notice your account may be debited less or more than normal in the next couple of weeks to account for the change of day and pro-rata amount applied depending on your current payment frequency and payment day.

This means that any direct debit you have with us (e.g. swim school, health and fitness membership) will come out on the same day each week.

We aim to complete this process within the next three weeks. In the meantime, please log in to your portal, update your payment details and check for any outstanding fees still due.

Further communication will be sent to confirm the date of this change closer to the time.
